We provide health system navigation, community health education, consultation, and support in multiple languages.

Health System Navigation
We help individuals and families understand and navigate the health care system.
Our services may include:
- Information about health services and programs
- Help finding appropriate health care services
- Referrals and connections to community and health resources
- Support in multiple languages
- Access to over-the-phone interpretation when needed
We also provide translated health information to help diverse communities better understand health information and services.
Community Health Education Sessions
We offer community health education sessions to help people better understand the health care system and learn about health promotion and illness prevention.
Sessions are available in plain English and, depending on availability, in:
- Cantonese
- Mandarin
- French
- Korean
Topics include health system navigation, healthy living, disease prevention, oral health, and other community health topics.
Consultations
We provide consultation and support to community organizations and agencies that work with diverse populations.
Our team can help organizations identify health information needs, improve access to health resources, and better support the communities they serve.
Other Supports
